As a janitor, you play a key role in this. You ensure that the park and the vacation homes are in top condition and that small problems are solved quickly and professionally.
From a technical report in a house to the signaling of maintenance on the park: you are daily engaged in making sure that our guests' stay runs smoothly. You work closely with the reception and other colleagues, switch quickly and think in solutions. Thanks to your efforts, guests experience comfort, safety and care during their stay.

Where you end up
Resort Oysterduinen is a new resort under development and part of Kleen Resorts - a scale-up developer in the tourism sector.
Kleen Resorts focuses on revitalizing existing locations. Resort Oysterduinen is a fine example. On the site of the former Camping Zon & Zee, a modern resort is being created with 70 luxury vacation homes, fully equipped for rental.
Since the end of 2024, the first homes have been successfully rented out and the park is growing step by step. With each new home, the number of guests is also increasing.
To manage this growth and provide our guests with the service they are entitled to expect, we are looking for you!
As a Caretaker at Oysterduinen Resort Yerseke, you will ensure that everything in and around the park continues to work properly. You are the point of contact for technical reports and deal with these independently and solution-oriented. Whether it's a small repair in a vacation home, checking installations or keeping the grounds tidy: you make sure everything is in order for our guests.
In addition, you keep an overview of the daily work and spot any maintenance that is needed in time. You can easily switch between different jobs, work closely with the reception and actively contribute to improvements at the park. No two days are the same: one day you will solve a technical problem, the next you will be involved in preventive maintenance or providing support for activities on the grounds. It is this variety and your visible contribution to a carefree stay that makes this job so varied and valuable.

What will you do?
- You ensure that Oysterduinen looks well cared for, safe and well maintained - for guests and colleagues alike
- You pick up technical reports and minor repairs quickly and professionally, so guests can enjoy carefree enjoyment
- You identify maintenance work and actively think about improvements at the park
- You will work closely with the front desk and other colleagues to assist guests in the best possible way
- With your efforts, you will contribute daily to the quality, appearance and experience of Oysterduinen Resort Yerseke as a fine base in Zeeland
What do we expect from you?
- You have a practical attitude and enjoy working with your hands
- You are technically proficient and can perform minor repairs and maintenance work independently
- You have experience in technical work and have versatile construction and installation knowledge
- You think in solutions and shift gears quickly when a report or question arises
- You are flexible, we also work on weekends or evenings📅
- You work neatly, in a structured manner and have an eye for safety and quality
- You are collegial, reliable and enjoy working with the front desk and other colleagues
- You have a guest-oriented attitude and understand that your work directly contributes to a pleasant stay for our guests
