House Rules Oysterduinen
🌿 Welcome to Oysterduinen Resort Yerseke! 🌊
We’re happy to have you here! To ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for everyone, we’ve put together a few house rules. Think of them as a handy guide to keep the resort tidy, safe, and enjoyable for all.
🏡 Treat your holiday home and the surroundings the way you would treat your own home.
Accidents can happen — if something goes wrong, please inform reception so we can resolve it quickly and ensure the next guests also have a pleasant stay.
🛬 Arrival
Drive straight onto the resort. If you’ve provided your license plate number in advance, the barrier will open automatically. You may park briefly (<15 minutes) in the angled spaces to check in calmly.
Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 18:00. After that: time to enjoy!
🧳 Departure
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 at the latest. Good news: on Sundays, you can enjoy a late check-out — until 20:00!
To help us prepare the home for the next guests:
- Clean the oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and hob
- Empty the dishwasher
- Return furniture and items to their original position
- Take out the rubbish to the waste point at the entrance gate
- Gather used bed linen, towels, and kitchen cloths in the entrance area
🪑 Furniture
Indoor furniture stays indoors. For outside, use the provided garden furniture — it helps keep everything neat and damage-free.
🧑🤝🧑 Visitors
Visitors are welcome! Please inform reception.
- Visiting is allowed during regular opening hours
- Park only in designated areas
- Want to have someone stay overnight? That’s fine — as long as there are enough beds in your accommodation. Otherwise, please book additional accommodation.
- For safety reasons, we must always know who is staying overnight. This is registered in our night register.
- You are responsible for informing your guests of the house rules.
🔇 Peace and quiet
We ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. Music is fine — as long as it doesn’t disturb others. Let’s keep it enjoyable for everyone 🎶
🐾 Pets
Pets are welcome in designated homes!
- Always on a leash within the resort
- Clean up after them and dispose of waste properly
- Don’t leave pets alone in the house, or let them on beds or sofas
- Bring your own basket or crate for your pet to sleep in 🐶🐱
🔥 Safety & Fire Rules
- No open fires or fireworks allowed on site
- Barbecuing is permitted, but keep distance from houses and greenery, and avoid smoke nuisance
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including in accommodations
♻️ Waste & Hygiene
- Use the correct bins and help separate waste
- Do not flush fat, sanitary products, or other materials down the toilet 🚫
- Leave the house broom-clean upon departure
🔧 Maintenance & Inspection
Sometimes we may need to enter the home for maintenance or inspection. We always try to notify you in advance, unless it’s urgent.
🚨 Emergencies
In case of emergency, always call 112.
Then let us know via reception (during opening hours) or the emergency number (outside hours).
🚗 Traffic & Parking
- Only park in designated spaces
- No parking directly at the houses
- No motor vehicles on walking paths (except park service)
- Speed limit: 10 km/h. Repeated violations may result in access being denied or vehicles being removed.
🚫 Not allowed on the resort
To keep the park pleasant for everyone, it is not allowed to:
- Camp outside your accommodation
- Stay overnight with more people than beds available
- Hang washing lines or guy ropes
- Dig or damage plants
- Discharge waste water or harmful substances
- Smoke indoors
- Possess drugs, weapons or fireworks
- Play football outside designated areas
- Fly drones without written permission
- Film or photograph other guests or staff without consent
