Cancellation

We believe flexible cancellation terms are important. That is why we deviate from Article 6 of the general industry terms and conditions and offer you extra peace of mind:

You can cancel your stay free of charge. You will receive a full refund, even if you do not give a reason.

Up to 14 days before arrival

Would you prefer to reschedule your stay? You can do so free of charge. You will receive a voucher for the full amount paid, which you can use at a later date.
