As a Front Office trainee , you will be a part of the team and have the opportunity to gain practical experience in hospitality.
You will help welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out and answer questions at the front desk, via email or over the phone. You will learn how to help guests in a friendly and professional manner, give tips on great places in the area and watch how we deal with feedback or questions. Of course you are not alone: you will be supervised by experienced colleagues who will guide you step by step through the work.

Where you end up
Resort Oysterduinen is a new resort under development and part of Kleen Resorts - a scale-up developer in the tourism sector.
Kleen Resorts focuses on revitalizing existing locations. Resort Oysterduinen is a fine example. On the site of the former Camping Zon & Zee, a modern resort is being created with 70 luxury vacation homes, fully equipped for rental.
Since the end of 2024, the first homes have been successfully rented out and the park is growing step by step. With each new home, the number of guests is also increasing.
To manage this growth and provide our guests with the service they are entitled to expect, we are looking for you!
At Oysterduinen Resort Yerseke, as a BOL intern you will have the opportunity to develop yourself within the world of hospitality. You will do your internship at a special location where hospitality, collaboration and learning in practice are central. You will be part of the team from day one and will be given the space to rotate, ask questions and become increasingly independent.
During your internship you will gain broad practical experience, learn to deal with guests and discover what it is like to work within a professional vacation park. You will be supervised by experienced colleagues who will help you grow, provide feedback and look together with you at where your talents lie. This way you will not only build your skills, but also your self-confidence and work experience.

What will you do?
- You will support at the front desk and learn how to welcome guests, check them in and out and speak to them at the front desk
- You will help answer questions via email, phone and chat and learn how to communicate professionally with guests
- You will work in the reservation system and learn how arrivals, departures and details are prepared
- You advise guests who come to discover Yerseke, a true host / hostess
- You will collect feedback and help handle any guest complaints
- You will walk quality tours of the park and accommodations and learn what to look for in cleaning, inventory and reports
- You will learn how to advise guests about the area and additional services, such as wellness, breakfast or bike rentals
- You will think about how we can improve our service and guest experience and learn how to deal with guest feedback or questions
What do we expect from you?
- You follow the MBO level 3 or 4 BOL course "Leading Travel & Hospitality"
- You are enthusiastic, friendly and enjoy working with people
- You are open to learning new things and take initiative where you can
- You are flexible during your internship period, including evenings and weekends (by agreement)
- You speak good Dutch; English and/or German is an advantage or you are willing to develop this further
- You are handy with computers and are open to working with various digital systems
- Work experience in recreation, hospitality or catering is not necessary; you will learn this with us in practice
