You are the connecting link between guests, park and colleagues and ensure that everything runs smoothly. From the first moment of contact - sometimes even before booking - to departure and even beyond, you are there for our guests. You think along, give personal tips about the surroundings, answer questions and help resolve any comments or complaints. With your involved and positive approach, you make sure that guests look back on their stay with a good feeling.

Where you end up
Resort Oysterduinen is a new resort under development and part of Kleen Resorts - a scale-up developer in the tourism sector.
Kleen Resorts focuses on revitalizing existing locations. Resort Oysterduinen is a fine example. On the site of the former Camping Zon & Zee, a modern resort is being created with 70 luxury vacation homes, fully equipped for rental.
Since the end of 2024, the first homes have been successfully rented out and the park is growing step by step. With each new home, the number of guests is also increasing.
To manage this growth and provide our guests with the service they are entitled to expect, we are looking for you!
As a Reception Assistant at Oysterduinen Resort Yerseke, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will welcome them on arrival, take care of check-in and check-out and answer questions during their stay. Whether it's practical information, tips about the surroundings or solving small questions: you're ready with a friendly and service-oriented attitude. Together with your colleagues you make sure that every guest feels welcome and can enjoy a carefree stay in Zeeland.
In addition, you keep an overview at the front desk and make sure that administrative tasks are handled neatly. You can easily switch between different tasks, respond to the wishes of guests and actively think about how we can improve our service even more. No two days are the same: one day you will help a family on their way with fun outings, the next you will solve a practical question or welcome new guests. It is this variety and direct contact with guests that makes this job so much fun.

What will you do?
- You are the face of Oysterduinen at the front desk and handle check-in and check-out
- You will liaise by phone, email and chat with guests, homeowners and suppliers
- You will ensure an optimal guest experience and service through both our online and offline channels
- You advise guests who come to discover Yerseke, a true host / hostess
- You collect feedback and handle any guest complaints neatly
- You go the extra mile for our guests so they get the most out of their stay with us
- Together with us you will work on a strong positioning of our park as the base of operations in Zeeland

What do we expect from you?
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level.
- Background in recreation is not required, but is a plus
- You are driven, enthusiastic and above all welcoming and friendly
- You are flexible, we also work evenings and weekends
- You can work well independently, but are also a team player
- You have an excellent command of Dutch, preferably also German and English (or you are willing to learn this)
- You have good digital knowledge and experience with MS Office and Google programs
